We arrange equity partners for business owners where owners do not initially contemplate a total sale. This may be to allow shareholding changes to be made or perhaps to allow a business to grow further with the injection of money or perhaps new skills not currently available within a business. We are experienced in structuring progressive buyouts and earn-outs.
