Here we are involved in locating and negotiating business purchases and our service includes preparing preliminary sale and purchase agreements. We specifically target businesses (under purchase mandates on behalf of buyers) and assist with the successful acquisition of businesses on the most favourable terms possible from the buyer's perspective.

The Process

Initially we prepare a business search profile based on the buy criteria a client is looking for in a business. Our "Business Search " service, allows us to proactively help purchasers to locate businesses, which meet their specific requirements. With this service we target specific businesses by type, size, location, purchase price range etc. We take a buy mandate and tailor our service to each client's particular requirements.

The most common mandate we work under with purchasers is where we are involved right through the entire process from identifying a potential acquisition to negotiating then documenting and finally successfully closing the business purchase. Our fees are based on the extent of our involvement and are set individually for each transaction.
