BUSINESS SALES
Here we are involved in locating purchasers (under sale mandates on behalf of vendors) for businesses and negotiating sales including preparing preliminary sale and purchase agreements.
Our objective here is to assist owners to successfully sell their businesses for the maximum price and on the best terms and conditions possible.
The Process

Initially, we obtain a wide range of information about the business a client wishes to sell. We also establish the objectives that each business owner wishes to achieve from a sale.
Having obtained all of the necessary information relating to the business for sale and completed an in depth assessment of the information, we are able to determine a realistic selling price range. Once we have agreed the value of a business with a vendor, we then encapsulate all of the information collected in an Information Memorandum, which becomes the prime document used in marketing businesses to prospective purchasers.
Next we prepare a marketing plan, which suits the particular business being sold.
We may currently be aware of a prospective buyer, or we may indirectly or directly contact a prospective buyer whom we believe may be interested in the particular business being offered for sale. We use a variety of techniques to locate purchasers and when needed utilise our wide network.
Our fees are set individually for each transaction and are usually on a "success basis" i.e. "no success- no fee" but with some transactions we do work on a retainer.
